General Entry
1. Where is TADA Kids Cafe?
We have multiple locations! Visit the Store page on our website to find the one closest to you.
2. What are the opening hours?
Hours vary by location. Check each store's page for their specific times. Hours may also change during special events or parties.
3. Is there parking?
Yes! All our venues have plenty of parking nearby.
4. How much does entry cost and where do we buy tickets?
Entry prices are listed on each store's page. You can buy tickets at the counter when you arrive.
5. Are parents and carers free?
Yes! Each paying child includes up to 2 free adults. Any additional adults (or anyone over 12 years old) are $5 per person.
6. Can we bring food and drinks from outside?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except baby food and water bottles. We have a great cafe menu for everyone to enjoy!
7. Do adults need to supervise children?
Yes, always! All children must be supervised by an adult aged 18 or over. Please do not leave children unattended.
8. What are the rules at TADA Kids Cafe?
To keep things safe and fun for everyone, please follow our Entry Rules and use play equipment safely and as intended.
* The following are not allowed: running, rough play, ride-on cars, sliding into the ball pit, or any rude/bullying behaviour.
Parties & Events
1. Can I book TADA for a party or event?
Absolutely! All our venues are available for kids' birthdays, work parties, fundraisers, and special celebrations. Check the Party Reservation section on your local store's page. Some locations allow online booking. If not, just email us and our party planner will help!
2. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
3. How long does a party run?
Duration depends on the package and location. You can find exact durations in the Party Reservation section of each store's page.
4. What's included in the party package?
Package inclusions vary by location. Visit the Party Reservation or Store page to see what's included and any available add-ons.
5. Do we need to wear socks?
Yes. Everyone, both kids and adults, must remove shoes and wear socks to enter. Non-slip socks are required for children.
6. Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes! BYO decorations are welcome. Please note:
- •Decorations must be free-standing
- •Only non-stick blue tape may be used (must not damage surfaces)
- •Any decorations left behind may incur a removal fee
7. Is there extra time for setting up decorations?
No extra time is provided. Decoration time is already built into your party duration:
- •Room party: 1.5 or 2 hours total
- •Private party: 2 or 2.5 hours total
8. Are hired entertainers counted in the headcount?
No. Staff from decoration companies, face painters, or entertainers are not included in the guest count. However, they must still remove shoes and wear socks.
9. Can we bring our own food and drinks to a party?
BYO food and drinks are only available at our Top Ryde store. At all locations, you may bring:
- •A birthday cake (with candles and a lighter)
- •Lolly bags for guests
All other food and drinks must be ordered from our café. Disposable plates, cups, cutlery, and napkins are provided.
10. Do you have vegan options?
We offer salads and fruit platters that are suitable for vegans. Other dishes may not meet strict vegan requirements.
11. Are allergen and halal requirements accommodated?
Yes! Here's what you need to know:
- •All food is nut-free (except burger buns)
- •All chicken dishes are halal-certified
- •Certificates are available on request
12. Do party guests get a drink voucher?
Parties include jugs of juice or soft drinks. Drink vouchers are not provided for party guests. Need more drinks? You can:
- aPurchase extra jugs for $15 each
- bSet up a drink tab
- cHave guests buy their own drinks
13. Are babies and teenagers counted in the headcount?
Babies under 12 months: not counted, no kids' meal provided. Children over 12 years old: counted as adults, no kids' meal provided.
14. Do we need to clean up after the party?
No. We take care of all cleaning! Just make sure to take any BYO decorations home with you before you leave.
15. Can children keep playing after the party?
Yes! After the party, the room will be cleared for the next booking. Kids who want to keep playing are welcome to stay:
- •Weekdays: $10 per child
- •Weekends: $15 per child
Adults are not charged again.

Points Card
1. How do I get a TADA Points Card?
Simply scan the QR code to register a digital points card. Show your card (or provide your phone number) before paying to start earning points.
2. How do points work?
Points can be used for in-store purchases. We also run promotions and double points events from time to time. Keep an eye out for updates!

Gift Cards
1. Where can I use a TADA Gift Card?
Gift Cards can be used like cash at any TADA Kids Cafe in Australia. If you don't spend the full amount, the remaining balance stays on the card until it expires.
2. When does the Gift Card expire?
Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Any remaining balance after expiry will be forfeited, so use it before it's gone!
3. Can I get cash back from a Gift Card?
No. Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
4. Can I give or transfer my Gift Card to someone else?
Yes! Gift Cards are transferable. However, they cannot be resold.
5. What if my purchase is more than my Gift Card balance?
No problem. You can pay the difference using any other accepted payment method.
6. What if my Gift Card is lost or misused?
You are responsible for all transactions made with your Gift Card, except in cases where a TADA staff member has been fraudulent or negligent.
