At Adorable Kids Holding Pty Ltd ACN 677 053 084 ('AKH'),occasionally take photos and videos of our centres to showcase and share our activities with our local communityand the public.During this filming,you and your child may be included in video footage,audio recordings and photograph images("Content")within the centre. This Content will be used within our centres and on website.This Content may also be used in marketing and promotional material,such as digital advertising,serviceflyers,brochures and other marketing purposes to promote AKH. By completing this form,you grant AKH the right to capture,obtain and use images,audio recordings and video recordings of you and your child ("Your Image")for marketingand promotional purposes,including publication on the internet and in the Content. You understand AKH cannot control unauthorised use of Your Image by persons not associated with AKH upon publication of Your Image and you waive any interest thatyou may have in the copyright to Your Image now or at any future time.You acknowledge that AKH does not indemnify and will not be held liable for any losses resulting fromthe publication of Your Image.
