USE OF PLAY EQUIPMENT

1. All children must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult who is overage of 21 whilst on or near the Playground. 
2. All shoes must be removed, but non-slip socks must be worn for all kids, and adults must be worn socks for hygiene purposes, before entering the Playground and the canteen. 
3. As a safety precaution, no food or beverages of any kind are permitted in the Playground. We are extremely allergy aware, and completely NUT FREE. 
4. A special cleaning fee of $100.00 applies for any spillage or food stains.
5. Our play passes are time sensitive. Your round buzzer denotes your exit time, and are required to be returned at the reception once the buzzer beeps. If you overstay your exit time,you will be required to pay for additional play time. Our play passes are only sold in one-hour increments. If you lose your buzzer, you will be required to purchases an Unlimited pass upon exiting. Play passes include any time used for bathroom,nappy changing, and dining in our cafe. All time spent inside our cafe must be accounted for in your purchased play time.
6. For your own safety, please do not climb or stand on the Playground equipment. We shall not be liable for any injuries arising out of or related to the inappropriate use of our equipment.
7. No running or rough play is permitted within the premises. Unruly behaviour, bullying or obscene language will not be tolerated.
8. To ensure uniformity of rules with the Centre, children who are older than 7 will not be permitted to enter the Playground unless they were accompanying a sibling under A children than 7 may only accompany ONE child under 7
9. Please mind your head when entering the second floor.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

• Please take care of your own belongings. We accept no responsibility for any lost,stolen,or damaged property.

FOOD POLICIES

• No outside food or beverages are permitted except for baby food and water bottles (plasticONLY).A special BYO fee applies for any outside food or beverages.

HEALTH AND HYGIENE

1. Any child or adult who shows signs of illness will not be permitted to enter the Premises.
2. Please wash your hands and use hand sanitizer before and after play.
3. Please advise us immediately if an area requires cleaning or sanitation.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited in or near Premises and all surrounding areas.
