Entry Rules & Policies
Please follow these rules so everyone has a safe and happy visit!
If these rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
Before You Enter
Complete a waiver before entry
All guests must sign a waiver of liability and release form before entering. Save time — fill it out online before your visit!
Shoes off, socks on. Always.
Everyone must remove their shoes and wear socks before entering the playground and café area. Bare feet are not allowed.
Feeling unwell? Please stay home.
Anyone showing signs of illness — children or adults — will not be permitted to enter. We appreciate your understanding in keeping all our guests healthy.
Supervising Children
Children must be supervised at all times
All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18+) at all times on or near the playground. Please do not leave children unattended.
Adult entry with children
For every paying child, up to 2 adults may enter for free. Additional adults are charged separately.
Using the Play Equipment Safely
No food or drinks in the playground
Food and beverages of any kind are not allowed inside the playground area.
Cleaning fee for spills or stains
A $100 cleaning fee may apply for any spills or food stains on equipment.
No ride-on cars in the ball pit
Ride-on cars must not be taken into the ball pit or used on the slides.
Don't bite or chew on toys or equipment
Please remind little ones not to bite or chew on any toys or play equipment.
No climbing or standing on structures
For everyone's safety, please do not climb or stand on top of playground equipment.
Liability disclaimer
TADA is not liable for injuries caused by improper use of equipment.
No running or rough play
Running, rough play, unruly behaviour, bullying, and offensive language are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Wristbands
Wear your wristband at all times
Wristbands must be kept on for the duration of your visit.
Food & Drinks
No outside food or drinks
Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises — except for baby food and plastic water bottles.
Health & Hygiene
Wash your hands before and after play
Please use the hand-washing facilities or hand sanitizer provided before and after playing.
Spot something that needs cleaning?
Please let a staff member know straight away if an area needs cleaning or sanitizing. We're always happy to help!
No smoking or alcohol
Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in and around the premises.
No pets
Pets are not permitted on the premises. Registered service animals are welcome.
Personal Belongings
Keep an eye on your belongings
Please take care of your personal items. TADA Kids Cafe is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Security & Management
CCTV is in operation
The premises are monitored by CCTV cameras for the safety of all guests and staff.
Respect our staff
Abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated.
Management rights
TADA management reserves the right to refuse entry, remove guests, or deny future access if these rules are not followed.
